Fukui Shell Nucleus Factory has been supporting the global cultured pearl industry since 1990. The company was created under the inspiration and motivation of the Japanese experts. Our clients include some of the best pearl cultivators in the world and the largest within their own country.In order to ensure our pearl cultivating clients to grow the best pearls, we learned from the experts and adopt the Japanese pearl nucleus production technique, which ensures the quality of the pearl nuclei. Adding to our own research and development, we also created our formulated Bio-nucleus that improves the post-surgical recovery by about 30%.While we served pearl cultivators of all sizes, some of the well-known pearl cultivators include China's Grace Pearl, Australia's Paspaley, Indonesia's Concorde, Philippine's Jewelmer, French Polynesia's Robert Wan Tahiti, and the various Japanese's pearl cultivators. With their trust in our pearl nuclei, 25 tonnes of pearl nuclei per annum was our peak supply quantity. At the same time, we can also testify our clients' commitment to producing the best pearls as well as their dedication for sustainable development.There are three main operations located in three different cities within the Greater Bay Area of China. The main office is in Hong Kong. The production line is in Guangzhou. The storage is in Huidong. We collect our own raw materials and produce everything within the same factory. This guarantees the quality of each pearl nucleus from start to finish.After observing and learning about pearl cultivation from the clients, Fukui Shell has accumulated sufficient knowledge to develop its pearl farming activity in China. This new addition allowed us to empathize pearl cultivators and to experience the difficulties they might face. This new experience expanded and assisted us in offering new products and services, including pearl processing, cultivation tools and grading services that can hopefully improve the ultimate sales value of each resulting pearl. In our most recent project, we have succeeded in helping Hong Kong to develop its self-sustaining pearl farm with a full set of revenue-generating business model. This model has also successfully withstand the pandemic.
